Gabriel Cruz

Gabriel is a graduate of the UNAM Faculty of Law and has various specializations in energy, environmental and corporate law.

Julio Soberanis (AES México)

Julio Soberanis

Julio is a Chemical Engineer with a Specialty in Environmental Engineering, and he works as Field Operator Engineer at AES Mérida where he always focuses on going the extra mile.

Beatriz Gonzalez Alvarez (AES México)

Beatriz Gonzalez Alvarez

Beatriz is the Environmental Coordinator of TEGTEP in Mexico where she is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and optimizing the environmental management operational processes. 

Marycarmen Salazar Chiquito (AES México)

Marycarmen Salazar Chiquito

Marycarmen is an Industrial Engineer currently working as a Security Analyst at TEG TEP. She exercises the management of contractor companies under an approval process at the Mexico Complex level, which evaluates their performance and safety culture demonstrated in our plants with the ultimate goal of preventing incidents. 

Manuel Flores (AES México)

Manuel Flores

Manuel is a Field Operator Engineer at AES Mérida III, ensuring the plant’s control unit is properly operating and producing. He has also contributed to AES’ culture as a Safety Champion, Environmental Champion, Contract Monitor and Spill and First Aid Brigade.

Víctor Manuel Pérez Concha (AES México)

Víctor Manuel Pérez Concha

Victor is an Agricultural Engineer by education and has worked at AES Mérida III as a Field Operator Engineer since the commissioning of the plant.

Adriana Ramiro Ramos (AES México)

Adriana Ramiro Ramos

Adriana is part of the Relations, External, Communication and Sustainability team that liases with parties interested in our plants as AES México, keeps our stakeholders informed of what’s happening through various channels, and develops initiatives in partnership with neighboring communities to make a tangible impact in improving lives by accelerating the future of energy together.
