Victor is an Agricultural Engineer by education and has worked at AES Mérida III as a Field Operator Engineer since the commissioning of the plant.

He says, "I remember very well how, three years ago, I was awarded the recognition of Operational Excellence. It is important to recognize the effort of each one of us because positive feedback motivates us to continue improving ourselves. In the years that I have being with AES, there has always been time set aside to recognize special moments and achievements.”
