Partnering for the environment
We work with our partners to develop programs focused on biodiversity protection and sustainable living. We strive to serve our communities at the highest standard of excellence.
Our Environmental Policy sets the principles and foundation of our Environmental Management System (EMS). The EMS Framework defines accountability for its implementation across the organization, establishing processes to ensure requirements are met, performance is monitored, and progress on goals and action plans is reviewed.
Our Biodiversity Assessment and Protection Standard outlines how we identify and address potential impacts to biodiversity. Following the mitigation hierarchy, we prioritize avoidance, such as our commitment not to build new generation assets in IUCN Category I–VI protected areas or UNESCO World Heritage sites, before taking steps to minimize, mitigate, or offset impacts.
