Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

We launched an internal campaign where AES people could submit organizations, projects and initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion across Mexico. Submission could be voted and the top three candidates with the votes, where supported for a partnership.

UNIDOS
Inclusion program for kids and teenagers with and without disabilities.
AES supported 6 activities in a span of 3 months, that reached 20 kids and 100 teenagers, plus their families.

Reinserta un mexicano
Athletic, artistic and cultural program for teenagers that were in conflict with the law.
AES supported an ongoing program that benefits 56 teenagers.

Unidos Sí Tamuín
Together, AES and Unidos Sí Tamuín created a nail polish workshop instructed by a member of the local LGBTQ+ community in Tamuin. 10 single mothers took the course, gaining skills to set-up their own business.
